Holistic Health Coaching
The intention of health coaching is to assist the client in making gradual change in lifestyle patterns that deeply influence one’s ability to feel balanced, vital, and inspired to live with purpose.
A major focus of health coaching involves the connection of conscious listening and asking high mileage questions to understand the approach needed to help the client create new patterns specifically around food/nutrition, but also in areas of physical activity, joy, spirituality and more.
Some health coaching strategies one can expect will include education around an anti-inflammatory diet, reducing sugar, increasing foods that nourish, and exploring your own “bio individuality” of eating.
Stacey believes that her job as health coach is to be a professional “enCOURAGEr”! It takes courage to make change and break free from that which doesn’t serve or support our wellness. She believes that each of us has the power to promote self healing when unconscious patterns are examined, tools are given to replace old habits, and connection to our uniquely, gifted self is once again thriving.
The six month package includes:
Free initial health history consultation: 50 minutes (paperwork filled out ahead of time and emailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org)
12 sessions total, scheduled twice per month
Meetings take place in a quiet cafe in the downtown Austin area.

I also offer a monthly subscription plan which allows you to pay for the full program in six monthly payments.
Research shows that 6 months is an effective amount of time to make long lasting changes.
